Joining In! Stoke

“Our focus is on creating a cohesive community network, whereby we can support groups and residents to assist each other in making Stoke a great place to live. “

Brownies Girl Guiding Guildford (Hog’s Back Division)

Brownies are girls aged from seven to 10 years. We have lots of fun at our weekly meetings; we play games, do crafts and have activities, many of which are based around the Promise that all the girls make.

We also meet up with Rainbows and Guides as well. We have outings such as visiting to Guildford Spectrum for bowling, and sometimes go away on a holiday.

There is a fee of £15 to £20 each term plus optional outings. To register a girl on the waiting list log on to www.girlguiding.org.uk/interested

Volunteer opportunities: We need more female adults, aged 18 or over, to help or to run units of girls in Brownies.  Our waiting list is long and we only need three willing adults who can get together and, with all support given, set up and run a new Brownie unit.  Looking for a challenge? Give it a go!
