Oakleaf Enterprises providing vocational training courses and a wide range of social inclusion activities
Oakleaf Enterprise is the mental health charity in Surrey working as a social enterprise to provide vocational training for those suffering from mental health issues.
We provide vocational training courses and a wide range of social inclusion activities that cater towards building confidence, physical health and wellbeing.
Our activities take place in a variety of locations around Guildford and the surrounding areas and include anything from yoga and fitness to anxiety management and confidence courses.
The list of our current ongoing activities includes:
Tai Chi at the Queen Elizabeth Park Centre, Railton Road, Stoughton on Tuesdays at 2pm. Costs just £1 a session.
A football team that meets at Stoke Park every Friday at 2pm. This is run by a former professional footballer and all abilities are welcome.
Fitness class at St Peter’s Church in Bellfields on Fridays at 11.15am. Costs just £1a session and all abilities are welcome.
If you would like to join simply get in touch with Annalise or Paul on 01483 303649.
We do not want payment to be a barrier and so if anyone is keen to join but unable to afford the session costs they can speak with Annalise or Paul from Oakleaf and we will discuss their options.
